d1ab80224d test: hack around travis being slow 
this is a hack around travis key-gen being really slow.
One option would be to add the --key-bits option to daemon
as well. Another option would be to find a better way to
wait for the output, rather than waiting n seconds.

9ae420abb8 SizeSplitter fix: keep-reading until chunk full 
if the underlying reader is buffered with a smaller buffer
it would force the chunk sizes to come out smaller than
intended.
