f6a1be68ab pin ls: Remove count option, add Default to quiet 
'count' is never referenced in the code, and adds nothing when run with `ipfs pin ls` currently. I have removed it; add it again when there is actual logic to reflect. Also, added a Default(false) to quiet.

c2a3e3169d Set Cache-Control immutable 
Given that /ipfs/ resources never change, we can easily benefit from this
new cache control extension.

Support for this is about to land in Firefox 49:

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1267474

For more details, there is a good blogpost about this here:

This header is ignored by clients that don't support it.

fedf553be3 Added a note about the default values 
The /ipfs and /ipns paths can be overridden by the options; this wasn't
in the help text for the options, but should be somewhere. Long help
seemed appropriate.

f33a3a0904 Moved Tests up in Contribute.md 
This should be more prominent. We also need a much better description of how to run tests - rigt now, we are dependant on Travis for the majority of testing, I believe. If there was a clear guide here on how to run the appropriate tests for each kind of PR, that would be fantastic.

We also really ought to have a section asking people to add all of the tests that they can think of.

0f21dcb39c Update shell link to allow wget 
The link to the commit file shell link should be to the raw file. That makes it easier for peopel to wget it without caring about using GitHubs interface. Perhaps this should also be hosted on IPFS

23108aaa5d Marshal log ls better 
This uses a stringList to output each log command as an item in an array in an object called Strings, instead of using the MessageOutput func.

This closes #2636.
