This was present in the issue guide that I just removed but not in the template.
It's useful for distinguishing between objective bugs and subjective bugs.

* Direct users seeking support to the forums.
* Remove the severity field. It doesn't actually help (especially because we
can't filter by it and, anyways, *we* end up deciding the severity).
* Put the section comments *inside* the sections. This has been annoying me from
day 1.
* Put the welcome text *at the top* so users actually read it.
* Expand on what we want in a description.

In many cases issues reported are present only in older versions.
I've set 0.4.10 as a cut of as it is quite recent and contains many
fixes and performance improvements.

Priority is very much subjective. Severity allows us to state examples
and decide on it objectivelly.
